Restorative Yoga

Yoga Quest logo

Deep relaxation benefits the entire body – your muscles and organs, your physiology (blood pressure, etc.), your emotional state and your levels of energy.

We all sleep but we rarely rest deeply.

Restorative yoga uses props (blankets, bolsters,

pillows) to create a completely supportive

environment for deep relaxation.

Poses are sequenced to gently move the spine

and to stimulate and soothe vital organs.
